CP House, Calvià, Mallorca
-
The house is a concrete rock carefully integrated into the surrounding pinewoods. The piece is constructed on a slope creating a spacious porch which opens up the main rooms to the garden. The almost solid prism of the house is punctuated by a succession of patios and skylights which conduct natural light to the interior.
The building occupies two floors, with street access on the first floor, while the ground floor connects with the garden.
