JURY’S ASSESSMENT: Project that escapes from the stereotypes fixed in the design of this kind of centers, the building is a statement of intentions in itself, showing that prefabricated or modular construction is not necessary to build with a tight budget . Reflecting a forceful design, it is evident that the limitation in materials does not clash with the denial of its constructive variants. The study of light, both natural and artificial, generates an interior atmosphere that dignifies and treats the user of the building (the patient) with the utmost respect.
