Llull Office Building

The building is located in a corner of the Eixample and the building is set back to create a small public square. The stepped section allows for a more direct connection to this plaza and allows for a vegetated terrace on each level. The supporting concrete structure follows the silhouette of this section, building two large Lambda-shaped pillars that support the entire building. The building is firmly committed to a thermodynamic behavior that guarantees the minimum use of energy, based on solar protection, ventilation through automated upper gates and the thermal inertia of the concrete.
